One advantage that my husband and I like about the tandem is we can do one in the stroller while wearing the other. My son (the one who gets the far seat) LOVES being worn so we often remove the second seat and have my daughter in the stroller and son in the Ergo carrier. They both are happy and close to mom and this is great for solo trips to the park, playground or even the grocery store.
