My husband and I were teenage sweethearts. We met early, but didn’t stay together and married (then divorced) other people. We found each other again, across the country, when I was 30. We spent almost 5 years together, getting married somewhere in there, before the babies arrived. And when they arrived we spent 4 or 5 months wondering if we were going to make it. It was so rough. Everything became about the babies and nothing was about us. Thankfully we’re making it through to the other side and I can’t imagine life without him. It’s nice to hear we weren’t alone. Our boys are 10 months now and we’re all doing great.
